In designing your kitchen, Lesa will listen very carefully to how you plan
on using this vital center of your home, including your cooking,
hobby, kid-centered, and entertaining activities, then
apply her skills to produce for you a beautiful
and superbly functional kitchen.
Heebner Will Provide You With ...

• Plan view drawings of a number of possible versions of your kitchen (one of which, or a combination of elements of a few, will become your final kitchen design).

• Each version will adhere to Lesa’s “kitchens that cook!” design standard. she takes into consideration your needs and wants, and customizes the placement of appliances, the storage for all kitchen collections and tools, and the preparation areas to ensure efficient, time-saving cooking and snaggle-proof traffic patterns.

• She will include designs for desks, pantries, baking and kids’ areas, and other custom spaces for your lifestyle.

• A schematic that will call out all cabinetry details.

• This schematic will specify exactly what organizational details (such as type and dimensions of dividers, silver flannel lining, pull-outs, etc.) are needed for all cabinets and drawers in your kitchen.

• A list of expertly selected appliances.

• Lesa is up-to-date on the performance, customer satisfaction, and repair issues of most ranges, cooktops, hoods, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, sinks and plumbing fixtures. She will research and list the appropriate appliances for your needs and budget.

• A “Move-In Map©”.

• This is where Lesa specifies where each and every kitchen item should be stored. This assures there is sufficient storage for your entire “inventory” before the kitchen is built, and ensures that on move-in day the kitchen is set up to take advantage of Lesa’s design. This has proven to be a value-added benefit for home resale, as well.

• A cross referenced list of Lesa’s Kitchen Essentials.

• This is Lesa’s proprietary list of every kitchen tool essential to a well-equipped kitchen, and yours will note the appropriate storage location of each item in your kitchen, and provide you with a definitive shopping list for your use.

How Lesa Fits Into Your Team

• To further define Lesa’s role, her designs will continue the interior designer’s motif. She does not duplicate the work of an interior designer by recommending design elements like color details cabinetry style, flooring or materials.

• Additionally, Lesa’s work coordinates with the architect’s vision of the home. She does not duplicate the work of an architect who must assure architectural continuity and integrity of the project, and at least design in the blank walls that define the kitchen space.

• And finally, Lesa does not draw elevations as the cabinetmaker will need to anyway. She does provide all details for him to do so.
