   ABOUT LESA HEEBNER   
     Lesa Heebner knows kitchens! And she brings a unique perspective to her kitchen designs. Her 20 years of professional cooking and organizing experience have given her the expertise to know how to make any kitchen function efficiently.

     Lesa is skilled in home-based cooking, not restaurant cooking, which is an important distinction when designing for a home kitchen. She ran the Garlic & Sapphires® Cooking School for nine years, and has written two award-winning cookbooks, Cooking With The Seasons and Calypso Bean Soup & Other Savory Recipes. Lesa had her own weekly cooking segment on San Diego’s CBS affiliate, appeared frequently as a Television Chef on all five major networks, and was Food Editor for San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles magazine. Additionally, she has organized hundreds of kitchens, small and large; humble and grand, for people in every stage of their life, from growing family to empty–nesters.

     For more than a dozen years now, she’s been designing kitchens for prominent developers and individual homeowners. Lesa’s unique approach to kitchen design and many of her exceptional kitchens have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Better Homes & Gardens, Family Circle, Architectural Digest, The 2004 Better Homes & Gardens Kitchen Planning Guide and on the Home & Garden Television Channel.

     She has spoken on lifestyle topics to corporate and association audiences including Associated General Contractors, Arkansas Blue Cross, Amgen, Price Waterhouse, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Electronic Data Systems and many more.

     A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, Heebner lives in Solana Beach with her husband, Donald Davis.
